I Will Stand & Wait On God

What is your posture or stance when enduring a trial? When life is frustrating and overwhelming? When you feel helpless and want to scream God where are you? Habakkuk , a minor prophet in the Bible , endured trials just as we see today. In fact, Habakkuk complained multiple times to God concerning the adversities around him. Isn’t that just like us , complaining and wanting answers and not exerting faith? Habakkuk went into action and changed his posture. The prophet said in Habakkuk 2:1:

I will stand at my watch
and station myself on the ramparts
I will look to see what he will say to me,
and what answer I am give to this complaint.
Habakkuk did something that I believe will work effectively for us today. He stood, waited, and expected an answer from the Lord. He had faith. I remind you that faith is the key to endurance of any adversity in your life. My friend when you are expecting answers from the Lord, monitor your posture in the spiritual and in the natural. Be in great expectation of the Most High God.
Say to yourself, I WILL STAND AND WAIT ON GOD!
Habakkuk 2:1
